The project brief revolves around conducting in-depth market research for a chosen brand with the objective of identifying untapped opportunities and gaps within the market landscape. The project seeks to develop a new service offering that aligns with the brand's identity and values.

Our end product was to expand Klook's brand mission of bringing joy to everyone to include disabled travelers. Thus we created a service specifically catered to help them with travel as well as revamping the ui/ux of the Klook App to be more inclusive to these travelers.
